Hey! you can't talk to me like that!

Our Code of Conduct is a really important part of our business.  We want every consumer who uses the services of one of our members to not only be thrilled with the work completed but also be really pleased with how they are treated.  No one wants to fight for follow up service or argue with their service provider or worse, feel like they are dealing with someone they can't trust!  Every business on our site must sign our Code of Conduct just like we signed it.  You can find it on our site at:

Here's the key points:
  • Be courteous and respectful
  • Be truthful and trustworthy
  • Respond promptly to all enquiries
  • Resolve any complaints professionally and in a timely manor
  • Never misrepresent your services or products
  • Never interact with customers in a threatening or intimidating manner
So go ahead and contact any of our members, they'll treat you right!
